Actually the dough for the breadsticks started out using the pizza dough, now they use a frozen sheet of dough they cut the shape for the breadstick, bake it, cut it, brush it with butter oil and sprinkle the seasonings on it. I believe that in the seasonings were Parmesan and Romano Cheeses, garlic powder, onion powder and oregano.
