Cindy, what an odd coincidence. I was on this site looking for the very same recipe for one of my readers. It is on here -- supplied by (I'm pretty sure) Karan Haram, food editor of the San Antonio Express News. I find the easiest thing to do is get the alphabetical listing of the restaurants here and then click on the letter that applies -- of course, here it is an M. Just look for Macaroni Grill Focaccia.
