re: Diabetic Peanut Brittle (using fructose)

Betsy the recipe worked great using maltitol syrup instead of the fructose! Tastes great too!
Only thing I had a problem with is it all stuck to the wax paper! Can't seem to get it all off.
Is there another way to pour it on something so it won't stick? Thank you so much for your help.
