Mexican Restaurant White Cheese Dip

1 pound white American cheese ( I've found it sold in blocks in the deli dept. at WalMart, they will slice/sell you ever how much you want).

milk (amt. depends on how thin you want it)

jalepeno peppers to taste, very finely chopped

Cube cheese, put in saucepan over med-low heat
and add just enough milk to melt cheese to desired consistancy, stirring constantly so cheese does not burn. Blend in jalepeno peppers to taste. Refrigerate leftovers and you can reheat it on the stove by adding a little milk and stirring constantly over med-low heat.
