This is an awesome dessert on the menu at A'bee's.
Apple filling, toffee bits and a cheesecake filling are rolled up in a fried (or baked?) flour tortilla, coated with cinnamon sugar and served with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. I have heard of fried cheesecake recipes that may be similar. If you have anything close let me know & maybe I can "tweak" it!! Much Thanks! |
