KFC BUTTERMILK BISCUITS
(copycat recipe)

5 cups Bisquick baking mix
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup club soda
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Combine all of the ingredients. Knead the dough by hand until smooth.

Flour your hands and pat the dough flat to 3/4-inch thickness. Cut out biscuits and put on greased baking sheet.

Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Should make 18 biscuits
