I have a partial recipe for "Kahala Hilton Coconut Cake". Years ago a group of us made this cake at a family gathering; that's where I copied down the recipe. In my "youth", and in my hurry, I failed to get certain details! Now that I have decided to make the cake for the first time by myself, I realize I'm missing parts of the recipe. Has anyone got this recipe? It is yummy! A white cake, with custard between the three layers, a whipped cream frosting covered with freshly grated coconut. Help! |
