Kroger's Buttercream Icing
1 lb. butter soften
1 lb. shortening
4 cups powdered sugar
vanilla
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
In mixing bowl with paddle attachment, cream the butter and the shortening. Add the powdered sugar and the vanilla. Slowly add the corn syrup and the heavy whipping cream. Whip until light and fluffy. |
