I love Bob Evans cinnamon pancakes and as of a couple days ago was not able to recreate anything close. As I wandered through a local grocery store I noticed that hersheys makes cinnamon chips so i bought some.
I chopped the
cinnamon chips and added them to regular pancake mix.
The pancakes were delicious. They aren't exactly like Bob evans but very close. Hope this helps!
