MAMA DONALD'S BANANA PUDDING

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons flour
3 large eggs -- beaten
3 cups half and half
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 box vanilla wafers
3 bananas

In pan mix together sugar, flour,vanilla and eggs.Whisk.
Turn heat on medium. Add milk. Whisk constantly until thickened.
Line a casserole with wafers. Pour in 1/3 of pudding.
Slice 1 banana over pudding.
Top with a layer of cookies. Repeat for 2 more layers.
Chill.
