Hi BudgetGal - Did you ever locate a recipe for the Japanese egg sauce shrimp? I had an appetizer at Ron of Japan - downtown Chicago back in 1977 & wrote the name down on a little piece of paper "Kogane-Yaki Appetizer - golden prawns seasoned, topped w/egg yolk batter & sauteed to perfection" - never could get the recipe but still have my little piece of paper in hopes of finding it - any success I would love to hear from you - thanks |
