Cold Pasta Salad by Lisa Kay
1 pkg. (12oz.) Noodles or Rotini Green Pepper, to taste Black Olives Broccoli (fresh) to taste Mushrooms sliced Green Olives Cucumbers Tomatoes Mozzarella Cheese
Cook Noodles and drain. Pour on 1 (8oz.)bottle Italian Dressing. Add any of the above you desire. Sprinkle on Salad Supreme, Garlic Salt, and Parmesan Cheese. Let sit for a couple of hours.
Seafood Pasta Salad 2 cups cooked pasta (shells, elbows your choice) 1/2 pound crabmeat (Backfin preferred) 1 pound shrimp (steamed, shelled, deveined, cut in bite size pieces depending on size) 1 stalk celery (washed, cut into small pieces) 3/4 to 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon crab seasoning (more or less to taste) salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta according to box. Mix pasta, mayonnaise, celery, crab seasoning and shrimp. Fold in crabmeat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Keep refrigerated. |
