I made these today and they're good. I did half a recipe with walnuts instead of macadamia nuts. I think they may be better with macadamia's but I try to use walnuts since I'm allergic to them and won't be tempted to eat any of the cookies I make! I'm going to try the Lemon butter wafers and Goldy's Dream Cake in the next few days for a friend's Daisy (Girl Scout) Mother/Daughter lunch. I've copied most of the recipes and will be trying more in the next few weeks.
