Thank You: Tried the English Muffin recipe

I couldn't believe how easy they were to make. Think I rolled them a bit too thick as they seemed not quite done in the middle, will pay more atttention next time. How hot do you get your griddle for them? Thanks again. Have any more recipes to share? I usually read all the boards and will watch for your name. -Micha
