Thank you for writing. The rice is cooked separately and the shrimp mixture is served over the rice. Their instructions were confusing so I've reworded them if you'd like to check the recipe out again.

I don't get the rice part.
Do you make this recipe with brown or wild rice and then place it over more rice before you serve? Or is brown rice or wild rice the only rice in the recipe? Thanks
