Beth --- What Narie said about labeling your freezer bundles is true!!

Misc.

One time I skinned some chicken breasts and it was only about 2 days after garbage pickup. Since I didn't want the chicken skins in either in the wastebasket under the sink or in the garbage can (they can mess up the garbage disposal as I learned the hard way) I stuck them in a ziplock bag and froze them. I didn't bother to laabel them. Why bother, I thought, since they'll just be going out in a few days. Yep! You guessed it!! I forgot to put them out and several weeks later (by which time I had completely forgotten that they were in there) I reached in and pulled out a bag of stir fry chicken pieces only -- guess what??!! We ended up having scrambled eggs that night!

Murphy's Law of the freezer --

Everything you put in looks identical after it's been frozen.....
