Hello Steve,

Here is the frosting I use in My Famous Carrot Cake recipe.

Icing:

3 c. confectioners sugar
2 sticks butter, room temp.
8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
crushed pecans for garnish

Cream the butter and cream cheese, gradually add the powdered sugar and beat til smooth. Garnish cake all over with crushed pecans.
