Steve, Try this one: 3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter,softened
1/2 box powdered sugar,sifted
1 tsp. maple flavoring
Mix cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar. Stir in maple flavoring. Note: This is just enough for an 8 or 9 inch cake. For larger cake use 8 oz. package of cream cheese and double other ingredients.
