Cumin Chicken with Black Bean Sauce

8 ounces boned and skinned chicken breast halves
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1 (15oz)can so-salt-added black beans
1 clove garlic
1/2 to 1 serrano chili
2 tomatillos -- (3 tbl chopped)
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon chopped onion
4 teaspoons chopped green bell pepper
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper

Mango Salsa
2 large ripe mangoes
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice
Preheat broiler, if using. Wash and dry chicken and rub the breasts on both sides with cumin and coeiander.
Rinse and drain beans. Turn on the food processor, and put garlic through feed tube. Wash, trim and seed chili, add as much as you like to the food processor and process until finely chopped. Chop the tomatillos. Wash and chop the cilantro. Chop the onion and green pepper. To the garlic and chili in the food processor add the beans, tomatillo, cilantro, onion, green pepper, lime juice, salt, and pepper, and process until mixture is pureed.
Prepare stove-top grill, if using. (A good use for the George Foreman). Broil or grill chicken, browning on both sides and cooking until chicken is no longer pink. about 10 min.
Heat the bean puree in a saucepan until warm.
Place bean puree in the middle of each of two dinner plates. Place chicken on top. and top with Mango Salsa.
For Salsa: Peel and cut mangos into bite-size cubes. Stir remaining ingred. into mangos.
