This recipe came from the internet some time ago, and I just tried it and it was so good. Thought someone would enjoy it as much as we did.Carrot Cake
1 C. Sugar 2 Eggs 3/4 C. Vegetable Oil 1 Jar Junior Baby Food Carrots 1 C. Flour 1 Tsp. Baking Soda 2 Tsp. Cinnamon 1/2 Tsp. Salt
In a large mixing bowl combine sugar, eggs and oil. Add strained carrots and mix well. Add dry ingredients and heat until thoroughly blended. Pour into a greased and floured 8 x 8" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting. |
