I just made this in a 6 1/2" ring pan.
I put the cinnamon/pecan topping on the bottom and just tipped it out onto a dinner plate. Then put on the glaze. Voila upside down coffee cake.
it was quite cute, like an EZ bake oven cake.
hmmm... mee thinks I like this recipe a bit too much. joyce
