[Normally i wouldn't make so many but you can also freeze or fridge and make the other 6 later. Just that what do you do with half an egg?]BAKED STUFFED SHELLS
INGREDIENTS 12 large pasta shells 1 cup sauce 1 cup ricotta cheese 1 egg [1 tsp sugar] 1/4 cup parmesan 1/4 cup mozzarella 2 tsp basil or 2 tsp parsley or 1 of each.
TOOLS 1 large casserole or 2 small casserole
PREHEAT 350
DIRECTIONS boil shells according to directions mix ricotta, egg, 2 tbls parmesan, 2 tbls mozzarella, basil, parsley & sugar if using stuff shells with cheese mix. pour 1/4-1/2 cup sauce on the bottom of the casserole. layer the shells, top with sauce. then sprinkle with mozzarella & parmesan. bake covered 45 mins. baked uncovered 5 mins.
