Blueberry Pie for One

Pastry for a 4 inch pie pan
1/2 cup fresh NC blueberries
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon flour
Pinch of cinnamon

Topping:
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon margarine

Mix blueberries, sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Pour into pastry shell lined pie pan.

With fork or pastry blender, blend topping ingredients until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over the blueberries.

Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.

Makes one 4-inch pie
