HOT-AND-SPICY ASIAN-RUBBED CHICKEN2 teaspoons five-spice powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
4 skinned, boned chicken breast halves
Cooking spray
Prepare grill.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Rub chicken with spice mixture.
Place chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 5 minutes on each side or until done.
Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 chicken breast half)
