I have a quick question. I smoked some rips yesterday in a Silver Smoker from Char Broil. Honestly, they had a great taste. But, they were tuff, like they had a outer casing around them. The ribs werent even close to falling off the ribs, very tuff. I did take off the Membrane ( or I thought I did). I did the 2 2 1 method. cooked for 5 hours total. |
