ISO: beef brisket on the grill

Misc.

Every year we attend the Kansas State Fair, and eat at "Texas Reds". They have the BEST brisket sandwich, that is tender, juicy, and served cut up with bar-b-que sauce. Would anyone share the secret of cooking a whole brisket on the grill? Thanks so much.
