Thanks for the recipe for the brisket. I will try it. I have always cooked mine in the oven, and marinated it in liquid smoke, worchestershire sauce, garlic salt, onion salt, chopped green pepper, etc. Then cook very slow in the oven. I just wanted to try something different/ Thanks a bunch...!!!!!!!
