BBQ Rub by Matt Martinez
1/2 tsp. cumin 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. corn starch 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Mix all together & rub into the meat. The recipe can be tripled and quadrupled and stored in an airtight jar. Maybe used on brisket, ribs, chicken. BBQ Sauce
1/2 bottle BBQ sauce (I use KC Masterpiece) 2 tbs. ketchup 2 tbs. honey 2 tbs. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
Mix all together and warm in a saucepan for serving. Keeps in the refrigerator.
