Barbecue Salmon Steaks
Cut Salmon Steaks to 1 to 1 1/2 inch thick.
Mix the following ingredients to taste and melt.
-- Worcestershire sauce
-- Lemon juice
-- Oregano
-- Butter or margarine
Get grill hot. Cook the salmon directly on grill (do not use foil). Baste the salmon with the above sauce as it cooks.
Turn as needed until fish is done.
(Fish is done when skin is loose to the touch and the meat in the thickest part has turned from tranluscent to pink or white and is slightly flakey.)
