Recipe(tried): Recipe (tried) hamburgers
Sandwiches Nancy, I place a slice of raw onion between two very thin hamburger paties, press them together to form a single burger, sprinkle with garlic salt and lemon pepper. Carefully turn the hamburger after grilling on one side. Add bbq sauce if desired and top with a slice of extrat sharp cheddar cheese. Place on a toasted bun and serve with lettuce and tomato. The onion slice is cooked perfectly inside the burger!
