Thanks for responding but we had to get them started before I saw your posting. What we did was cut them into individual ribs, spiced them and marinated them for about 1 1/2 hours in a bit of white wine to tenderize the ribs. Then we grilled them (alternating direct and indirect heat so they would not burn) and basted them with BBQ sauce the last 10 minutes or so. They came out pretty good.
