The response is late - but usually I cooked pork ribs which I have parboiled first. Have ribs cut sweet and sour style. Place in large pot. Cover with cold water. Put one large cut up onion, salt, pepper, about 1/4 cup worchestire sauce, couple of good shakes of hot sauce. Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 45 minutes to one hour. Remove and marinate in sauce of choice. Regrigerate until ready to barbeque. I use my own "secret" sauce but Bulls Eye regular is great!
