Fresh Salmon/Whole Filet
Clean and dry Salmon
Leave skin intact
Rub with your favorite Cajun seasoning, Creole seasoning and Fenu Greek seasoning mixed.
Let rest in frig for 30 minutes. Smoke for 45 minutes or until flakes.
Keeps well in frig if there is any left. This recipe is easy and wonderful prepared this way.We use hickory chips to smoke with. Enjoy.
Smoke skin side down and do not disturb until done.
