I just planted my first year of tomatoes and out of 12 plants (4 cherry, 4 roma, and 4 beef steak) I have oodles and oodles of tomatoes ripening. I have the standard Ball recipe book, but am looking for favorite tomato recipies that many of you would not think of skipping over when canning. Could you post them for me to try. I am using a water bath canner, and cannot seem to find a recipe for spaghetti sauce unless you have a pressure canner-any help there would be wonderful. Thanx for all of your suggestions ahead of time.
