CARMINE..THANKS FOR THE TIP ON FREEZING RAW PEPPERS. THATS THE WAY I DO MY OKRA..FREEZE IN WHOLE PODS..PUT IN BAGS..WHEN READY TO FRY, THAW SOME, BUT NOT ALL THE WAY..SLICE OKRA, MEAL, SALT, PEPPER AND FRY..TASTE LIKE U JUST WENT TO THE GARDEN AND CUT IT..THANKS...BETTY
