I think I'm in trouble. I need advice to can tomatoes into a pizza sauce. My wife used to do this and just ad whatever she knew to add. She recently died and our tomatoes are rottening on the vines. I don't know what ingredients to put in the tomato juice after I get it strained and ready to cook. I am not using meat in the sauce.
