I always bought my PICKLED PUMPKIN RIND from the CONTIMENT SHOP by Mrs Edwards in Highlands, NC. The shop has now closed and I am in search of a recipe for the Pickled Pumpkin Rind or I think she called it Pumpkin Rind Pickles. It was a Thanksgiving tradition and altho my children are approaching 36, I would love to have them for this Thanksgiving.
