I've never tried this recipe but it sounds interesting!

Ice Cream Fudge

Melt in microwave:
2 lbs. chocolate, broken up (or chocolate chips)

Stir in
1 c. vanilla ice cream (or any other flavor)
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Spread in buttered square pan. Refrigerate.
