Hello there.. Let me share a story with you! I was asked to make an ethnic dish for my cooking class and I flipped out, I am german but I have be totally Canadianized! I looked all over the net for any german recipies and the recipie for Lebkuchen was the only thing I could find! I made the cookies and they are excellent!
