Recipe: Sundried Tomato Spread (food processor)

Hopefully someone will have the exact recipe you're looking for. Here's a similar one I found in our archives.

SUNDRIED TOMATO SPREAD

1/2 cup packed sundries tomatoes, softened
2 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil

In a food processor, grind tomatoes, garlic and salt. Add remaining ingredients. Pulse to process. Don't overmix.

Store in refrigerator.

Makes 1 3/4 cups
