Hi Katy:-) Actually, I have not made this but I have tasted it. A friend brought this to a shower and it was good. Everyone liked it. This does assume that you would have a microwave oven at your disposal.
Mexican Dip
1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese, softened 1 can chili 1 jar salsa Shredded cheddar cheese
Spread the cream cheese in the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate. Top with chili, then salsa, then shredded cheddar cheese. Nuke in the microwave for 7 minutes. (This is the time my friend gave me but it seems pretty long. You will probably want to keep your eye on it.) Serve with tortilla chips. |
