Katy, This is a good and quick snack to fix for Halloween.
Pumpkin Dip
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened 2 cups powdered sugar 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix - just plain pumpkin) 1 tsp. Cinnamon 1/2 tsp. Ginger
Beat sugar and cream cheese together. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Refrigerate in an airtight container. Serve in a plastic container inside a hollowed-out pumpkin with store bought gingersnaps.
Makes approximately 3 1/2 cups.
