I had decided to do an appetizer Christmas Eve this year. I am having around 30 so that's mostly why. If you decide to, here's what I'm serving to give you some ideas hopefully:

Baked Ham w/ three sauces (cranberry, mustard & horseradish)
Deviled Eggs
Relish Tray
Sliced Marinated Flank Steak w/ Tomatoes & Capers on Baguette Bread
Spinach Swiss Mini Quiches
Edible Veggie Wreath
Shrimp Cocktail
Cocktail Meatballs
Tuscan Dip w/ Pita Wedges (hot)

Then I'm buying some Christmas Petit Fours from Publix and making a Cranberry Apple Crisp pie I found the recipe for recently. OThers will probably bring dessert too. Then along w/ beer, wine and soda, I'm serving holiday egg nog and hot mulled cider. Should be a project - but a fun one. Good luck w/ your evening!
