Kelly, here's my vanilla cocoa mix, my daughter didn't care for the orange peel in that recipe, so, I did my own. Very rich and satisfying too.
You can cut the powdered sugar out if you want to. I have subsituted (instead of the powdered sugar) 2boxes jello "white chocolate pudding mix" before.

vanilla cocoa

6 cups instant powdered milk
2 Tablespoons powdered vanilla
2 8oz jars french vanilla creamer
1 lb package powdered sugar
1 lb package vanilla quick
1/2 t. salt
1 bag vanilla chocolate chips

1. In your biggest mixing bowl, combine all ingredients well.
2. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry spot.
3. To serve: Pour 6 ounces of hot water over about 2 1/2 heaping tablespoons of mix.
4. Stir well.
5. Just fill up a decorated canister with the mix and don't forget to include serving instructions!
