Thanks manyhats :) I made it shortly after I posted :) we love it :) my brother stopped by for me to cut his hair and I made him try it :) he does not loke cheeseball of any kind :) sent some home with him because my sister-in-law loves cheeseballs and kraut :0 my brother really liked it.... :) he said "hey Nanc" "that's good" :)
just got off of phone with sister-in-law....she really liked it too. I think it will be much better after several days.....kinda set and ripen, so to speak :) Put it on a rye cracker......yummmmmmm. DH wants to try it with the corn beef in it :) so when I make it for the family open house on the 20th i'll do it half and half :)
