FRUITCAKE COOKIES
1 lb. mixed candied fruit 1/2 cup flour 2 cups chopped pecans 3 1/2 oz. can coconut 1 pinch salt 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Grease cookie sheets.
Dredge fruit in flour. Add nuts, coconut, and salt. Stir in condensed milk and mix thoroughly. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheets.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes in preheated 275 degree oven.
Store cooled cookies in an airtight container about 5 days before serving.
