HALF AND HALF SUBSTITUTE

Measure 12 oz. water and heat to boiling (I use the microwave).
To this boiling water add:
12 oz powdered creamer (I use store brand similar to Creamora)
Mix together very well (I use a hand blender).
Then mix in:
12 oz. cold water
Let cool and put in fridge.

This will make approximately 30 oz.
enjoy I've been making this for 10 years and use it for everything that calls for 1/2 and 1/2.
