Hi,
I'm looking for a Shortbread Square cookie recipe that I had gotten from "My Great Recipes" (or maybe another type or recipe card set) that were printed in Holland. I used to make this for Christmas all the time but the recipe has disappeared somewhere during some moves I've made. If anyone has it, I'd sure appreciate finding it. It was so easy to make and everyone loved them. It included putting the dough into a 9" x 13" pan, spreading it out, pricking it with a fork, baking at low heat. When it was done, you took it out of the oven and cut the dough into one inch squares, sprinkled powered or colored sugars on top then put back into the oven while it cooled. This recipe is great and easy to make for cookie exchanges. Thanks for your help.
