PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
1 (1 lb) box powdered sugar 1 1/2 cups peanut butter 4 oz cream cheese, softened 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
Mix all ingredients together, then roll into balls and refrigerate overnight.
THE NEXT DAY: Melt chocolate then dip the peanut butter balls into chocolate, set on wax paper and refrigerate again.
