CARAMEL BROWNIES
2 c. packed brown sugar 10 Tbsp. oil 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 c. flaked coconut 1 c. chopped pecans
Combine brown sugar, 10 tablespoons oil, eggs and vanilla in bowl. Add mixture of flour, baking powder and salt; mix well. Stir in coconut and pecans. Pour into greased and floured 9X13-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Cut into squares.
